Patients who are housebound please contact your GP and request for a home visit vaccination
You can book via your GP surgery to have the vaccination locally or centrally by clicking on the link below or ringing 119
Criteria
You are unable to get the flu jab if you have had:
The flu jab in last 7 days
Have a history of an anaphylaxis (SEVERE reaction) as a result of any vaccine, medicine or food
Pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive next 2mths
Anti-coagulation - if on warfarin they need to be in target range and had a recent blood test by the service
Asthmatics
Patients with Asthma are not routinely added to a higher level of priority group unless you have a shielding letter from the government. for more information read Asthma.org.uk. You can be added to the higher priority group 6 if you have the confirmed following
If you have had an emergency hospital admission for your Asthma
Been prescribed 3 courses of steroid tablets in a 3 month period

The vaccination is given at Morris House Group Practice, 239 Lordship Lane, Haringey, London, N17 6AA

Booking an appointment
Appointments are booked via reception at Hornsey Wood Green GP surgery once you have completed the online form
You will need to organise your own transport to the site
They will be asked to wait for 15 minutes after the vaccination for observation
Patients should be available for 2nd vaccine 21 days later that is booked by hub
If booked for 9am slot, patient to come at 8.45am

NCL Frontline healthcare and social care staff
You can register for the waiting list if you are a front line health or social care worker directly working with vulnerable people (adults or children) who need care and support irrespective of where they work (for example in hospital, people’s own homes, day centres, or supported housing); or who they are employed by (for example local government, NHS, independent sector or third sector).
Carers
For carers, they need to be paid carers working in Haringey. You will need to bring evidence on the day of your vaccination otherwise you may be rejected
